CNC Launches New Japan-Vietnam-Haiphong (JVH) Service

CNC has announced the launch of an all new Japan-Vietnam-Haiphong (JVH) service that links the ports of Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam. JVH service has been launched with an intention to be the fastest sea freight option in the market for Japan-bound shipments from Haiphong (Vietnam), with a transit time of up to 3 days shorter than competition. This will also enable shippers to have access to the niche Japanese port of Shimizu where the JVH will make a weekly call, thereby facilitating raw material imports to and exports from the Shizuoka prefecture and central Japan.

Meanwhile, JVH will also double up as an alternative shipping choice for cargo heading to Haiphong from Kanto and Kansai ports.

JVH will begin its maiden service from Tokyo on 3 June.

Port rotation: Tokyo – Yokohama – Shimizu – Kobe – Hakata – Busan – Keelung – Kaohsiung – Haiphong – Kaohsiung – Tokyo.
