CNC Introduces New Nine Provinces Feeder (NPF) Service

CNC has launched the new Nine Provinces Feeder (NPF) service that will provide connectivity between Korea and Japan. CNC is a brand of APL, the sole Intra Asia short sea carrier of the CMA CGM Group, a world leader in shipping and logistics.

The introduction of the NPF service will add the niche ports of Shibushi, Hososhima and Oita to CNC’s extensive port coverage, further enhancing the Intra-Asia specialist’s presence in Japan. The NPF service promises competitive transit times between Busan and the Japanese ports; and will serve as an alternative service that connects Hakata and Busan. Both short and long haul destined cargoes from these Japanese ports can be seamlessly relayed through the extensive global network of the CMA CGM Group at the transshipment hub of Busan where the NPF service will make a weekly stop.

The NPF service will commence sailing from Busan on 19 January.

NPF sails with the port rotation of Busan – Hakata – Shibushi – Hososhima – Oita – Hakata – Busan.
