Ocean Insights as part of project44 combines container liner schedules and carriers' container tracking information with neutral AIS vessel tracking data, allowing our customer to plan and monitor supply chain operations on a level never experienced before.
With strong IT focus and an expert team of data analysts, we take pride in supporting our customers and showing the guiding thread in a field where data is often hardly available and even less often comparable.
Our team is constantly working on new approaches and innovative solutions to make our customer's day-to-day operations easier and give them the knowledge and tools to be a step ahead.

Responsibilities
  • active support of international customers via email or telephone
  • comprehensive consulting on the implementation and use of our software
  • coordinate, supervise and handle (implementation) projects of different sizes
  • coordinating the cooperation of internal departments and customers with regard to the project goal
  • pragmatic assistance and support of customers in case of problems in the use of our products
  • proactive informative support of customers
  • proactive support for ideas to improve structures and further development of ideas for our products
Qualifications
  • professional experience in SaaS, SaaS project management
  • pragmatic and cooperative way of working
  • fluent in written and spoken Englisch
  • independent thinking with a distinct "hands-on" mentality
  • strong communication skills and the talent to always leave the customer with a good feelingPlus: fluent written and spoken German (but at least be open to learn it)
